Replacement Policy

 

Because each item is custom-designed and 3D printed specifically for you, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds.

However, your satisfaction is important to us! In the rare event that your custom 3D printed item arrives defective, we're happy to offer a one-time replacement, free of charge.

 

Eligibility for a Free Replacement:

 

• Your item must be deemed defective. This includes significant printing errors, breakage during shipping, or design flaws that prevent the item from functioning as intended.

• You must initiate the replacement process within 90 days of receiving your order.

 

How to Request a Replacement:

 

To request a replacement, please email us at llaorn@protonmail.com within 90 days of receiving your item. In your email, please include:

1. Your order number.

2. A clear description of the defect.

3. Photos or a short video clearly showing the defect. This helps us understand the issue and improve our processes.

Once we receive your email and confirm the defect, we will arrange for a replacement item to be 3D printed and shipped to you at no additional cost.
